    If you are unhappy with any part of your order we will do everything we can to help make it right. If you wish to return an item, please follow the below steps:
    Send us an email -
    Within 7 working days of your order arriving, please let us know you wish to return or exchange this item and why. Email us on cs@littledotshop.com and we will respond within 48 hours. 
    Accepted Returns and Postage -
    Returns will only be accepted if they have not been worn or used and must be received within 14 days of receipt. This excludes teethers and earrings, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The cost and risk of returning an item to us is at your discretion and we are not responsible for any items that go missing or get damaged on return. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been received by us here at Little Dot. 

    Refunds -
    Refunds will not include shipping, and will be issued promptly upon inspection. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to be issued.

    Faulty Items -
    Please email us within 4 days if your item is faulty. We will of course refund this as soon as possible. All above details still apply.
